Ran a quick 8.5 miles this afternoon out in the cold.  Trying to squeeze in a few more outdoor runs before it gets too cold and dark for me. Not a huge fan of running out in the cold--gotta get all bundled up and then once I get all heated up running the chill manages to find its way down my back.  Plus the dark--I left out about 3:30 and by the time I finished it was well into dusk.  So pretty soon I'll come inside and work on the treadmill for the winter but it's not the same.  Good thing about the treadmill is I watch TV while I'm on it so it's not too bad.  Route:  Warren, West Main, Mountain, North Brooksvale, South Main, Main, West Main, Warren.  74 Minutes.
