WOW! I have a 3-day weekend and I totally space on updating my running journal. Been doing all outdoor roadwork. So, last Wednesday I did a 5.2 because I was still sore from the 10 miles on Sunday. Friday morning was feeling great so I put in my regular 6.2 (10K) loop. Today I wasn't planning on running at all--just wanted to veg out a little bit but i just couldn't help strapping on the runners. I compromised with a 5.2. I wanted to do the 6.2 but it was much colder than I had expected and I was late so it was getting dark on me and I hadn't brought my reflective safety gear so I cut it short. I think next weekend we "spring ahead" so that'll help out quite a bit.
